What was mommy thinking?

Mommy didn't get a picture but I am still trying to understand what mommy was thinking.
Here we were playing one of my favorite games in the living room. The game is ... mommy throws my rope across the room. She says " get it" and I go running across the room and get my rope and bring it to her. She then says " give it to me" and I let her have the rope. She then throws it again. I love to play this game and will do it for quite a while untill one of my sisters get my attention and I have to go explore what they are doing.
Well on this day. Mommy didn't throw my rope! She threw her slipper!!! Now What was she thinking? That slipper doesn't taste or feel like my rope. It doesn't even smell like my rope.
I did go and get her slipper and when I brought it back she was laughing! She laughed and laughed but I didn't get upset because it was a happy laugh. She said that my face was priceless. What ever that is.
I did get some treats because I brought her slipper back and didn't chew on it and I gave it back to her when she ask me too.
But the question is.... Why did she throw her slipper anyway?!!!
Hmmm maybe it has to do with the Service Dog stuff?

a request and more

1st. Here is a bit more of my life.

I shocked mommy the other day. She had her med bag on the bed. ( it is an old lunch bag) . Mommy was letting me sniff all around and in the bag. It has some bottles in there that has some rattly thing in them. ( mom calles them meds.)
Well I nosed around untill I found one at the bottom of the bag. I pulled it out and then mommy said that it was the med that she uses the most! After she took a pill out of the bottle and put the cap back on , I even put the bottle back in the bag for mommy. She said I was a super good girl for knowing how to do that with out being told. I didn't scratch, crack or break the bottle by the way.

Mommy talked to my human sister (Beth) today and gave her this website so she can see me grow. Beth lives in a place called Ok.

This Picture is of the Doggy Angel that lived with Beth for many years. I will not get to meet her because she is now in Doggy Heaven. Her name was Hope and she was Beth's buddy. Mommy said she was a pug/chahuahua and was very cute and sweet and very very well loved by everyone.
So Just for you My sissy. Here is a picture of Hope. We all know that her eyes was not really blue. That was just the camera. We love you Sissy and I am hoping to one day get to give you lots and lots of Doggy kisses.

My Doggy Sisters

Hi all
This is my big sister Tiny. She is a chahuahua. She is oooold. ( 9 years old). She has been with mommy for a long time. Even before mommy got sick. I think she is pretty. Tiny doesn't play much but sometimes she will play with me. I learned a very important lesson with her. YOU DO NOT MESS WITH THE TAIL. She doesn't like that at all and she let me know very quickly. I only tried to play with the tail one time. After that. Nope Not going to do that again.

The black Dog in the background is Lady. She is a rat terrier/ chahuahua. She is 3 years old and she is Daddy's. I get along with Lady very well. She likes to run and play. That is me in the front. Mommy loves this picture. I was running and do not have any paws on the ground when this was taken. Want to know what I was Chasing? Well that is next.

This is Luna. Doesn't she look like a collie? Nope Mom says she is a Sheltie. She is 3 years old too. She is the kid's ( Nate) dog. She has a special bed in his room and everything. They are great pals. In the picture above I was chasing LUNA. She is super super fast! Mom laughes and says I will have to do a lot of growing up before I can catch her. But that don't mean I cannot try!
The other day mommy went in to take a nap. Tiny and I got to go with her.
Mommy has this wonderful blanket with wires in it. She calles it a "heater blanket" She would not let me lay on it or chew on it but she had another blanket near by and Tiny and I got to go to sleep on that one. That is fine by me. Mom says the heater blanket is for her owies because the heat makes them feel better.
I thought she would never wake up! It was past my walk time but Tiny said that we are not to wake mommy up unless we HAVE TO GO or the house is on fire or something like that. I was very good and left her alone.
She finally work up and said that the heat had helped so we got to go for our walk. Then guess what. It was SUPPER time. I love supper time. yummy.

Introducing Me

Hi Everybody
My name is Sally . In this Picture I am 5 1/2 months old.
I had just came home to live with Mommy and Daddy in a place called FT Hood Texas.
Mr Perry and Mrs Cindy ( they are the owners of my doggy mommy and daddy) gave me to mommy.
Mommy has lots of health issues and she hurts a lot. Mr Perry said I would make a good Service Dog for mommy. I am not sure yet what that means but I am going to try really hard. I do know that means when I am all grown up I get to go lots and lots of places with mommy. I have to be really good and go to school and learn how to help mommy.

Here is a picture of mommy and me. See I just fit in mommy's arms. Soon I am going to be too big for her to hold like this so I am enjoying it all I can right now.
Mommy says she will help me write here as I learn things. I have already been here for a month so we have a lot of catching up to do.
OOOOh I forgot to say. When I came home I got 3 new doggy sisters too. They are all older then me but they are fun to play with. Mommy says next time we write I will get to post pictures of them and tell all about them. Well it is almost my bed time so I will try and get mommy to help me write some more tomarrow.
